On a wine tasting trip not only for Blaufränkisch
When you go on a trip around the beautiful Kounice and Ivančice region, it would be a gastronomic sin not to taste the local wines. Family tradition, honest work and a love of wine - That's what you'll find in every one of our bottles. Large groups are welcome to our wine cellar in Moravské Branice No. 348, but we are also open to people who are passing through or cycling, perhaps just a couple with their dog companion.
The philosophy of our winery is the production of high-quality varietal wines with respect to organic grape growing. The wines are aged in stainless steel tanks, some of the red wines in wooden barriques. This gives them a unique aroma and flavour during ageing. The vines are grown on our own vineyards in the Znojmo sub-region, in a typical wine-growing village. Moravské Bránice is strategically located halfway between the beautiful towns of Ivančice and Dolní Kounice.
In our sales cellar you can taste first-class wines with pure and fruity tones. People praise our rosé and claret wines. We also have specialties such as bottle-fermented sparkling wine, sparkling wine or grape cider without alcohol. Kounice is famous for its Blaufränkisch wine, so of course you can taste it here too! A number of our wines are placed at prestigious international exhibitions (AWC Vinna, Valtice Wine Market, Festwine, King of Wines, Jarovín-rosé, Wine Salon of the Czech Republic). As a bonus, we serve comfort and a nice atmosphere.
