We have the complete programme and menu of the Asparagus and Wine Festival in Ivančice

Selected menus from regional restaurants. Moravian wineries. Bands. Programme for children. Exhibitions. And especially asparagus, in all its forms. Boiled, roasted, grilled, gratinated, fried, salted and sweet - This is just a small list of what you can do with asparagus. At the Asparagus and Wine Festival, you can also buy asparagus raw, both green and white. White asparagus used to be one of the specialties of Ivančice - Asparagus used to be grown here covered with special clay hatches. This method is not very suitable for large-scale production, but rather for patient and honest manual work. This is one of the reasons white asparagus is considered an exclusive food. At the Festival, you can also get plenty of inspiration during cooking shows on how to prepare asparagus, both white and green, at home, and enjoy selected asparagus specialties.
