On 16 November, you can join the St. Martin's Day celebration at Slavkov Chateau, where young wines and traditional music will be featured. That evening, the Devil's March in Židlochovice will offer a mystical, adrenaline-filled spectacle. Every weekend, regardless of the weather, Permoniště in Oslavany is open, providing mysterious underground adventures and interactive entertainment.
St. Martin's Day Celebrations at Slavkov Castle – 16th November
Enjoy the traditional St. Martin's Day celebration in the courtyard of Slavkov Castle! From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., a rich program awaits: a mini-fair with local products, dulcimer music, creative workshops for children, and a selection of young St. Martin's wines. The ceremonial arrival of St. Martin on horseback will take place precisely at 11:11 a.m. Come soak up the festive atmosphere and celebrate this tradition with your family! Free admission.
March of the Austrian Devils in Židlochovice – 16th November
Get ready for a unique spectacle: on Saturday, 16th November, more than 120 authentic Austrian devil masks will take over Židlochovice. During the march, enjoy mulled wine, punch, and other refreshments to warm you up in the autumn weather. This event, with its unmistakable atmosphere full of suspense and mysticism, is not to be missed.
