Genius Noci Brewery

Probably the only statue of the king of Gambrinus beer in the niche of the local family brewery with the playful name Genius Noci (Genius of the Night) is a rarity in the Czech Republic. The brewery has been restored after many years in historic premises whose charm matches modern stainless steel technology and trendy beers. The flagship beer is an oatmeal lager, but they're not afraid to experiment (weizen with orange and pepper, top-fermented ales, etc.). You can find the current offer here.
